In a bid to extend comprehensive support to its partner drivers, Lalamove Philippines is ushering in the year 2024 with a gesture of appreciation towards thousands of delivery drivers who worked tirelessly during the holidays. The initiative, named "Ready, Set, Biyahe: Partner Driver Health Fair Series," is set to take place in Luzon and Cebu.
The Partner Driver Health Fair series is open to both existing and aspiring partner drivers of Lalamove in Mega Manila. The inaugural event is scheduled for January 20, 2024, at the Lalamove QC Hub in Quezon City. Subsequent legs will be held on January 27, 2024, at the Lalamove Hub in Pampanga, and the final event will take place on February 4, 2024, in Cebu. The activities at all three locations will kick off at 9:00 AM and continue until 6:00 PM.
Djon Nacario, the Managing Director of Lalamove Philippines, expressed the company's eagerness to commence the year by acknowledging the dedication of their partner drivers through the first-ever Partner Driver Health Fair. He emphasized that while Lalamove partner drivers enjoy health benefits year-round through the Panalomove program, the Health Fair aims to enhance these benefits with on-ground health and wellness treats.
The benefits for partner drivers participating in the Ready, Set, Biyahe Partner Driver Health Fair include free health consultations in collaboration with Doctor Anywhere, covering blood pressure and blood sugar check-ups. Additionally, free eye check-ups are made possible through Lalamove's partnership with Executive Optical. The company has also collaborated with InvestED, a prominent student loan provider in the Philippines, to offer well-being workshops on stress management and budgeting.
Pag-IBIG, a government agency, will be present at the events to provide partner drivers with a convenient way to access perks such as the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card and assistance with Pag-IBIG multipurpose loan applications.
Early bird attendees can anticipate receiving freebies from various sponsors, including Petron, GCash, Prestone, Organique, and more.
To participate in the 2024 Partner Driver Health Fair, Lalamove partner drivers can register through bit.ly/LalamovePartnerDriverHealthFair2024 and present a Viber confirmation upon entry. Walk-in participants are also welcome, and Lalamove will facilitate onboarding for individuals interested in applying as partner drivers with a 50 percent deposit fee discount. The necessary requirements for onboarding include a Professional Driver’s License, valid NBI Clearance, Vehicle Official Receipt (OR), Certificate of Registration (CR), Deed of Sale, and a Letter of Authorization (LOA) if the vehicle is owned by someone else.
New and existing Lalamove partner drivers have the opportunity to purchase a Lalabag (thermal bag) on-site for PHP 999, available for a limited time.
