Kicking off the month, SM Supermalls successfully launched its February job fair at SM City Cabanatuan on February 3, in celebration of the Banatu Festival and the city’s 76th founding anniversary. The event brought together 32 participating employers and nearly 1,000 jobseekers, with 90 applicants hired on the spot—a strong testament to the impact of integrating employment initiatives into community festivities.
By aligning job fairs with high-traffic local events such as festivals and holidays, SM Supermalls transforms mall spaces into community platforms that go beyond shopping and entertainment. These initiatives provide Filipinos with direct pathways to livelihood, career growth, and long-term opportunities—right in their most-loved SM destinations.
