Kicking off the month, SM Supermalls successfully launched its February job fair at SM City Cabanatuan on February 3, in celebration of the Banatu Festival and the city’s 76th founding anniversary. The event brought together 32 participating employers and nearly 1,000 jobseekers, with 90 applicants hired on the spot—a strong testament to the impact of integrating employment initiatives into community festivities.

By aligning job fairs with high-traffic local events such as festivals and holidays, SM Supermalls transforms mall spaces into community platforms that go beyond shopping and entertainment. Flagship SM Group Job Fair at SM North EDSA

Culminating the month’s activities is the highly anticipated SM Group Job Fair on February 26 at SM City North EDSA, led by SM Retail. Known as one of the strongest hiring events in the SM Job Fair calendar, the event will feature employers from across the SM Group, including retail, food, logistics, real estate, and banking.
