I can’t believe it took me this long to discover a caterer near our place! I’ve lived in Laguna for 13 years, but whenever I searched for a quality catering service, most options were always in Metro Manila. Thankfully, that changed when I joined the 3rd United Bloggers Philippines Thanksgiving party. Casa Moriones provided an amazing spread for the day—from delicious pastries to comforting soup, flavorful pasta, and a satisfying main course. It was truly a treat!

I fell in love with the Bread Station—it was so artistic, and everything there made me drool! 

They served an impressive array of pastries, from delicate macarons and fluffy donuts to swan-shaped bread topped with icing, buttery croissants, and even pizza-like bread—the latter being an instant favorite with my kids.

The buffet table was a feast for the senses, featuring Pumpkin Soup, Fettuccine Alfredo, Roast Beef with Gravy, and Roast Pork Asado—each dish more tempting than the last. The roast beef was perfectly tender and packed with rich, savory flavor, while the Roast Pork delighted with a harmony of spices that seemed to explode in every bite. For dessert, they served Buco Pandan, and it was heavenly—fresh, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I lost count of how many cups I enjoyed, but it was definitely more than five!

I can still remember the taste of the gravy, as if it’s been lingering in my mouth until now.

They also took care of the table and chair setup, transforming the space into a simple yet stunning display that perfectly captured the spirit of the event. The rustic theme, enhanced with tropical accents, created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel right at home.
