Porto Laiya - own a piece of paradise

Laiya Beach, located in Laiya-Aplaya, San Juan, Batangas, is a popular beach destination in the Philippines and is always being compared to Boracay.

Due to the beach's white sands, clear waters, and proximity to the country's capital, Manila, it has become one of the most famous and most visited beaches in the country, particularly for those from the National Capital Region. The area is fully developed with numerous accommodation facilities ranging from budget-friendly resorts to high-end luxury resorts.

Aquatic activities are always inviting

Tourists are happy to visit Laiya and experience beautiful nature every once in a while, but wouldn't it be great to own a piece of this paradise?

Here's a good news, Active Group is giving you a chance to invest in Porto Laiya, a private residential and beach resort community at Brgy. Laiya Ibabao San Juan, Batangas. The project covers a total area of around 35 hectares and offers over 600 lots.

The place is cool and serene, coconut trees sway with the slow blows of the wind

Why Porto Laiya is a wise investment?

It offers the best seaside living for the homeowners.
It has a beach club which serves as the centerpiece of the community's beachfront activities.
This is where leisure and nature are combined to guarantee an exceptional living for everyone.
Coastal lifestyle merges with contemporary pleasures.

Major Features

The Tamarind Cove pavilion and infinity pool

Tamarind Cove at Porto Laiya has a pavilion and an infinity pool perfect for any kind of activities for the whole family.
Water activities are also available such as snorkeling, kayaking, beach volleyball, boating or sailing, and parasailing.

What I love about the place is the calm and peaceful community. It is not crowded, unlike any other beachfronts in the country. The rich marine life is always an amazing experience. Here, you can always have that perfect vacation - stress-free, worry-free stay with nature. The place is perfect for a retreat, to reflect, to mend and to heal the body, the mind, and the soul.
