One of my biggest realizations over the past two years is that health should be the top priority at all times - that is holistic health and over-all well-being. Everyday exercise is really important, yes DAILY. Any kind of exercise - walking, running, jumping, pilates, yoga - done even just for 15 mins will make a good progress over time. Of course we have to increase the duration of our exercise every month so we will really see the benefits of having an active lifestyle.
