Born in Sukabumi, Indonesia, Esti Puji Lestari brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has held key positions in the sports industry, including president at Persijap Jepara and CEO of QD Red Lions China, where she played pivotal roles in driving organizational growth and success.
“I am honored to be a part of United City FC's journey. Reviving the club is my mission, and I aim to match its past achievements with future success. As an esports owner, I intend to add value to the club both on and off the field. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to contributing to the football landscape in the Philippines, particularly in supporting women's football and fostering cooperation between Indonesia and the Philippines.” said Esti Lestari.
In Indonesia, Esti led strategic initiatives to enhance a club's brand, optimize revenue streams, and engage the community, solidifying its position as a sustainable football club. She has also been a prominent advocate for women's football, championing initiatives to support and develop the sport.
In China, as Red Lions’ CEO, Esti oversaw the club's administration and development, contributing to its growth and success.
