HelloPay is disgusting!

HelloPay is a newly launched online payment portal which can be used to pay orders from Lazada.

About two weeks ago, they also launched sign-up and referral promo wherein, an account may earn Php150.00 upon registration and another Php250.00 for each person who enters thru their direct referral link. That was a great opportunity to try out something new with online shopping so I shared my link and earned two referrals. That added php500.00 more to my account.

I then bought cookware set to Lazada and I paid through HelloPay using the credits that was available in my account. A day or two, HelloPay emailed me that my order was canceled without even explaining why. My two referrals, ordered from Lazada too and paid the orders thru HelloPay but unfortunately, theirs were also canceled. 

I was, no, we were so disappointed. I tried to log in my account but I can't. The site said I can't log in due to security reasons. I emailed them regarding my problems  but no reply yet...
